In 2001, Robb Willis read a news article about the high cost of waste management in the multi-family housing industry. The article revealed the financial inefficiency of the business as well as the burden it was taking on owners, residents, haulers and the environment. An efficiency expert with thirty years of experience streamlining businesses, Robb set out to provide a change in the industry.
After fourteen years of “trash talk” Robb decided to bring in a property management expert to guide TrashPro towards expanded customer service, increased attention to detail and leadership while continuing to maintain transparency within the company. Effective January 1, 2015, TrashPro welcomed Harry Bagot, CPM as the new President and CEO. Robb Willis will continue be a large contributor to the TrashPro family as Chairman of the Board as well as maintaining his ownership of the company. Robb will continue his efforts with obtaining reimbursement for New Jersey properties. Robb will also remain and become even more involved with the NAHMA Education Foundation.
Harry brings a lot to TrashPro being a CPM with over 35 years of experience in the multi-family industry specializing in conventional military and affordable housing. Harry is past Board President and current Board member of Habitat for Humanity, Burlington County affiliate. Harry’s involvement with Habitat for Humanity and his winning of the Martin Luther King Drum Major Award for Community Service will help with TrashPro’s continuing efforts to give back to the community. Harry will continue to serve as a board member of Habitat for Humanity. Harry’s philanthropic work reaches even closer to home with his contributions to the NAHMA Education Foundation. As a two-time past recipient of the CPM of the Year Award, presented by Southern NJ IREM Chapter 101, Harry is dedicated to the multi-family industry and enjoys the relationships and benefits that TrashPro provides to our customers. This project received the Air Force award of best privatized project in 2008 and 2010.
