Amber holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from Rowan University and with more than 13 years experience in customer service, she provides leadership for the continued development of an innovative, robust, and customer service oriented company tasked with influencing change to continually grow and expand into new markets. Practically growing up with TrashPro over the last 7 years, Amber has leveraged intense customer service and business expertise to build a competitive advantage fostering loyalty and collaborative problem-solving to help our clients save money. With a National Apartment Association designation of Certified Apartment Supplier, Amber understands the items that a property manager struggles with each day and can minimize the amount of time and money spent dealing with trash and recycling problems. Vice President of Sales
Joe has over 18 years of expertise in leading winning teams in the sales and customer service industry. As an accomplished senior sales executive in the waste and recycling industry, Joe’s attention to detail in strategic planning, daily sales operations and business negotiations have always exceeded customers goals and expectations. Joe Graduated top in his Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage course and also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from La Salle University, where he played 4 years of collegiate soccer. He also holds a Masters Degree in Education from Holy Family University. In his short time here, Joe has led the company into previously uncharted markets as a joint effort to expand TrashPro’s presence.
Client Services Manager
Anne’s extensive background in customer service allows her to manage account details with precision and maintain customer satisfaction. With over twenty years of property management experience she is able to understand the day to day tasks in the multi-family housing industry while bringing a fresh prospective to TrashPro operations. Anne also possesses key negotiating skills which contribute to our clients’ bottom lines. Anne has been handling key clients since 2014, monitoring their accounts and saving them thousands of dollars on their trash and recycling contracts all while maintaining great relationships. Acting as liaison between client and vendor, Anne serves as the “clients’ voice” keeping their best interests at the forefront.
Harry Bagot, CPM
Harry is a CPM with over 35 years of experience in the multi-family industry. Harry is past Board President and current Board member of Habitat for Humanity, Burlington County affiliate. As a two-time past recipient of the CPM of the Year Award, presented by Southern NJ IREM Chapter 101, Harry is dedicated to the multi family industry and enjoys the relationships and benefits that TrashPro provides to our customers.
