Vice President of Operations
Amber holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurship from Rowan University and with more than 13 years experience in customer service, she has first-hand experience with customer relations, customer retention, and marketing/advertising. Acting as a liaison between you and your vendors, Amber can manage quality control, assure smooth transactions and maintain good relationships. With a National Apartment Association designation of Certified Apartment Supplier, Amber understands the items that a property manager struggles with each day and can minimize the amount of time and money spent dealing with trash and recycling problems. With over 6 years at TrashPro working in the solid waste/recycling and multi-family housing industry, Amber is your contact for help with any issue you may have.
Client Services Manager
Anne’s extensive background in customer service allows her to manage account details with precision and maintain customer satisfaction. With over twenty years of property management experience she is able to understand the day to day tasks in the multi-family housing industry while bringing a fresh prospective to TrashPro operations. Anne also possesses key negotiating skills which contribute to our clients’ bottom lines. Anne has been handling key clients since 2014, monitoring their accounts and saving them thousands of dollars on their trash and recycling contracts all while maintaining great relationships.
Nicky has been a star member of our team since September of 2008. She has played many different roles during her time here from auditing the trash invoices of one of our largest customers to handling the day to day processes of the MACCS Program. She handles the company finances making sure that all invoices are sent out to our customers’ specifications. Her organizational skills and attention to detail are key to her success in her current role as the Accounting Specialist. Becoming QuickBooks certified in 2016 just adds to Nicky’s already vast foundation of knowledge.
Account Manager/MACCS Administrator
Orrawan comes from a background of customer service in variety of different industries. Volunteer experience of event management contributes to her ability to work with vendors while simultaneously making sure that your property’s needs are fulfilled. Being an executive assistant makes Orrawan organized and responsive which makes her a perfect match for overseeing the MACCS Program of Burlington County. Handling the day-to-day operations, solving problems and executing billing, Orrawan is the center of the MACCS Program operations.
