This winter season, as we encounter both snow and freezing temperatures, please make sure that all ice and snow is cleared from in front of and around your dumpsters and enclosures. Containers that are blocked in by snow or ice will not be serviced and will have to wait until the next service day. Please also make sure snow is not plowed and piled on top of bulk items. It makes them too heavy to collect.
Thank you for your patience with any delays caused by the winter weather. Make sure to check this page for any updates on weather related delays or other important messages.

Effective July 14, 2016, Burlington County Landfill has increased electronic dumping from $30 per unit to $100 per unit. Electronics include TVs, laptops, computers and all computer related equipment. We urge all Properties to please send out a notice to your residents that these items are banned by law and all dumpsters and roll offs containing these items will be charged directly to the property and is NOT covered under the MACCS Program. Below is the flyer and memo that lists some options for disposing the televisions and computers.
Effective September 1, 2015, ALL mattresses AND boxsprings must be wrapped in plastic or they WILL NOT be removed from your property on your bulk pickup day. This is due to the increasing occurrences of bed bugs. It does not matter if the mattress/boxpsring is infested or not, if a mattress/boxpsring has been ordered for bulk pickup and is not wrapped in plastic, it WILL NOT be picked up. To make the process easier, we have 5 packs and 10 packs of king-size plastic mattress bags available for you to order. Please click the button below to order and have them shipped directly to your property.
If your furniture items are in good, sell-able condition, you can opt to donate them to Habitat for Humanity of Burlington County. Take a picture of the items and follow the directions at the link below:
