This will provide our clients with national exposure to better their pricing structure and save them money. Since this was not a benefit they have had before, we expect it to be a great success.

TrashPro now has more to offer with the establishment of a financial sponsorship with NAHMA's Educational Foundation. Since the inception of this sponsorship, we have been working with three NAHMA members and were able to save a total of approximately $137,000 annually. TrashPro's contribution to the Educational Foundation in these clients' names will equate to $35,000 over three years.

March 7, 2011 - Financial Sponsorship with NAHMA
TrashPro announces their financial sponsorship with NAHMA’s (National Affordable Housing Management Association) Educational Foundation. The mission of the NAHMA Educational Foundation is to provide grants and scholarships to the underprivileged and support the promotion of the arts and drug-free activities in low-income communities. Because of their dedication and commitment, TrashPro was inspired to become a partner in this opportunistic program.
In the program, TrashPro will donate a portion of all of our fees from our “shared savings” program to NAHMA’s Educational Foundation for each member client. The donation will be made in the client’s name and will be sent after receiving the funds. TrashPro welcomes Community Realty Management to be the first client to be a part of the program. This sponsorship will apply to all future clients who are members of the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
Over the past few years, the NAHMA Educational Foundation has seen continued, steady growth in fundraising efforts to provide scholarships to residents of affordable housing communities. The TrashPro family believes in the power of education and is very excited to get the program started.
