With TrashPro’s collective thirty-seven years of hands-on experience in the solid waste and recycle industry, they are often called upon by the legal community to act as expert witnesses in matters related to the field. TrashPro has testified in front of Zoning Boards, Planning Boards and Township Councils.

TrashPro President Robert Willis has been engaged by twenty-two (22) owners or agents for the owner for twenty-six (26) properties for litigation. These cases have been completed, settled, are presently being litigated or are in the process of being filed. This includes Berk Cohen Associates at Rustic Village, LLC v. Borough of Clayton, 199 N.J. 432, 972 A.2b 1141 (2009).
