In 2001, Robb Willis read a news article about the high cost of waste management in the multi-family housing industry. An efficiency expert with twenty-five years of experience streamlining businesses, Robb set out to change the industry.

He began by reaching out to his friends in both the multi-family housing community and the trash hauling business. As he conducted contract and industry research, he began assembling a team of trash professionals that collectively knew all the finer points of waste management. A careful analysis of client portfolios, hauling fees and state regulations revealed numerous ways to cut costs, increase quality service, and consolidate contracts.

Within a year, TrashPro saved its first client over $190,000 in annual trash services, and within three years, that savings amounted to $600,000. To date, that same client has shaved over $4 million off their trash services, freeing up valuable funds to reinvest in other properties.
